Be guided by Jess Baker from Journey to a Better Place through the practices of visualisations, sounds, movement, mindfulness and breathing.  Learn how to support your mental and physical wellbeing through these challenging times.

Introducing different types of meditation.  Addressing the myths of medication that may present obstacles to beginners.  Is meditation good for everyone? 

Practice:  Introduction to pranayama (breathing techniques) and a guided visualisation.
