Shared Reading Circle - Bibliotherapy

Good books make you re-read them. Great books make you re-examine your soul. Bibliotherapy uses literature to guide you through life's challenges and hurdles.

Over four sessions, join bibliotherapist Sonya Tsakalakis from 'The Literary Hand' to explore the meaningful connection that shared reading and literature invites. Each week, discover new truths  in this shared reading circle. Connect with your follow participants each week as Sonya helps you explore the power of the spoken word to soothe the soul, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Session dates are: Thursday 16, 23, 30 March and 6 April, 6.15-7.45pm
 
Tea, coffee and snacks provided. 

About your facilitator:
Sonya is the co-author of Reading the Seasons: Books Holding Life and Friendship Together, a book that discusses how stories and poems can console, heal and hold us together as friends and as individuals.
