About the Authors:

Sadam Abdusalam, an Australian man of Uighur heritage, his first book Freeing My Family co-authored by Michael Bradley was published by Allen & Unwin in 2022. He lives in South Australia with his family.

Michael Bradley is a lawyer and writer. He is managing partner of Sydney firm Marque Lawyers, where he specialises in media and human rights work. He is also a widely published author, a columnist with Crikey and The Guardian, and with several books: Coniston (2019, UWA Publishing), System Failure: The Silencing of Rape Survivors (2021, Monash University Publishing), The Shot Anthology (2022, Chaser Books) and Freeing My Family (2022, Allen & Unwin).
