Part 1 will focus on general information about running a business:

• Legals/Compliance,
• What Makes a Business Successful

Part 2 applies learning from the first session to build your business idea or dream and learn more about the Business Success Factors e.g. marketing, planning, systems.

You will come away with a 'where to go for help' section and all participants will leave with three actions to take to build their new business.
