Changing Habits, Changing Direction
Have you ever had a habit that you just can’t seem to break?
You know stopping the habit could change your life for the better, but you just keep doing the same thing, over and over! There are steps you can take to make change a reality. Join Annette Subhani, from New Pathways Life Coaching, who will provide you with the tools and approaches to support you in this journey.
Annette will share with you, some fundamentals to start you on your way, then introduce you to the process that will support your change.
We will work through the process together, and you’ll be able to shape it to your own situation.
By the end of the final session you will have a greater understanding of how you too can make permanent change in your life.
Session 1: 20th October – The Pathways to Change & Holistic Health
A session to create connection between participants and open up discussion around the natural process of change - change is a natural part of life. We will unpack challenges and barriers to change through discussion and reflection. The session will end with an exploration of holistic health and wellbeing with participants creating a personal roadmap of action forward.
Session 2: 27th October – Your Personal Journey
This session provides for individual support and review time. A personal scheduled zoom session will be arranged with each participant to allow time for personal coaching and to individualise a program to offer support and help refine a personal plan.
Session 3: 3rd November – The Road Forward & Key Strategies
This session will provide space for participants to share their insights with the process so far and share insights about successful steps from within their own unique desire for change. We will open up about challenges and offer real-time support to each other. Using support handouts and other resources we will shine a light on unhelpful thinking processes and creating change, new strategies to support self-care and steps to managing thoughts and emotions. This session is about strengthening your personal plan and committing to change.
Session 4: 10th November - I Can Make a Difference
This final session provides a space for participants of this series of Changing Habits, Changing Direction workshops to review progress with their personal plan to date. We will share which approaches we have been learning about, have been successful, and explore what challenges we are facing. The session will create opportunities to further explore wellbeing and self-care strategies, ongoing determine support mechanisms and work through a set of scenarios to put in practice skills we have learnt. Our goal is to support each participant to feel empowered to making meaningful change and celebrate all that has been achieved during the journey.
