Join Accredited Practising Dietitian Rachel D'Arcy as she discusses nutritional needs of preschoolers.
This program is tailored to parents and carers of preschool children and aims to increase confidence and knowledge to provide a yummy, nutrition-packed lunchbox for their child.
When you join the workshop you will go into a draw to win one of five Smiggles lunchboxes.
