Weekend Author Talk at Saturday Book Chat

J.M. Green is a writer based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, on unceded Wurundjeri land.

Her work has appeared in Overland and The Guardian, she received an honourable mention from the Sisters in Crime Scarlett Stiletto Short Story competition.

Her debut novel, GOOD MONEY, featuring Stella Hardy, was shortlisted for the 2014 Victorian Premier’s Literary Award, the Ned Kelly Award and the Sisters in Crime’s Davitt Award.

The trilogy concludes with  TOO EASY (2017) and SHOOT THROUGH (2019). In 2020 she completed a Master of Screenwriting at VCA.

She divides her time between writing in her backyard studio and lying in the foetal position wondering what the point is.
