Yoga and Meditation Sessions for VCE Students - Session #3
Hey VCE Students!
We know exam time can be stressful. Did you know Yoga and Meditation are two fantastic ways to manage your stress? Relax your mind and unwind with Yoga and Meditation sessions. There are three free sessions to join.
Join Yoga Teachers from Brimbank Leisure Centre for an hour of joyful movement to relax your mind and body in the lead up to your exams. The best part - all sessions will take place on Zoom and can be done from the comfort of your own home.
No experience with yoga or meditation is required.
We recommend using a yoga mat if you have one, but a rug, towel or comfy carpet will also do.
A Zoom link will be sent to the email you use to register.
