Created by film maker Stefan Raabe & The Friends of the Black Powder Mill in collaboration with Brimbank City Council. This short film showcases the work of The Friends of the Black Powder in preserving and interpreting this historic landmark of national significance in Cairnlea, Brimbank, Victoria. Constructed in 1942 during World War II, The Black Powder Mill is the only surviving building of the former Albion Explosives Factory and is recognised by the National Trust and Engineering Heritage Australia.
