Library Locations & Hours

Brimbank City Council has five libraries located in Deer Park, Keilor Village, St Albans, Sunshine and Sydenham.
Library membership is available to all community members at no charge. All Brimbank libraries have Wi-Fi and public computers for use at no charge.

Please note: All Brimbank Libraries are closed during public holidays.

Deer Park Library

Deer Park Library is located next to the Brimbank Central Shopping Centre. It offers quiet individual study rooms, collections in community languages, a toy library, and an outside children’s play area.

Keilor Village Library

Keilor Library is located close to the Keilor Village Shopping Centre. It is open six days a week and has a range of programs available, including Baby Bounce and Book Group. A new Keilor Library will be opening early 2017.

St Albans Library

St Albans Library is a vibrant library located on busy Alfrieda Street. It offers a large collection of community languages, a magazine reading room and a computer training room.

Sunshine Library

The new Sunshine Library is located over the first two floors of the Brimbank Community and Civic Centre. It features a large reading room, quiet study areas and booths, a gaming area and a Wi-Fi lounge.

Sydenham Library

Sydenham Library is located is on the ground floor of the Sydenham Community Hub in Watergardens. It has a self-contained Council Customer Service point and spacious study areas. There is an additional computer and study area available to library members on the first floor of the Sydenham Community Hub.
